Our Role
The Hilton Riyadh Hotel and Residence project at Granada (Shohada district) is located between exits 8 and 9 on the East Ring Road, in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The project is spread over a land area of 37,456.84 sq metres with a total covered area of 13,480 sq metres. It includes construction of a 20 floor, five-star hotel tower comprising 645 rooms and suites, and a 14 floor hotel apartment tower comprising 221 apartments, which is connected by a podium. The external works, station and skywalk are also a part of this contract.
