Designed to be a city within a city, Business Bay is the central business district of Dubai. Featuring 44 individual skyscrapers it is 46,900,000 sq ft and cost a total of US$30 billion. Business Bay features The JW Marriott Hotel which was the tallest hotel in the world when built, at 355m tall with 77 floors.
