Our Role
The building was originally conceived as a luxury hotel before being fitted out as offices. Redevelopment work took place on the interior and exterior of the building in 2014. As well as office refurbishments, parts of the building were converted into a hotel.
Sea Containers House is located towards the eastern end of London’s South Bank cultural area and is within the London Borough of Southwark. A continuous riverside walkway, actually part of the Thames Path, passes in front of and below the building and links it with nearby riverside attractions such as the Festival Hall, the National Theatre, the Tate Modern, the OXO Tower and the Globe Theatre.
